Everyone loves their lobster, and in April, Chef Gary
has prepared both a variety of a la carte dishes and
a special set menu featuring this delicious delicacy.
There is also a choice of both western and Chinese
preparations available. You can enjoy Malaysian
Laksa with Lobster, Poached Lobster, Grilled Lobster
Tail Spaghetti Carbonara and even a Lobster &
Prawn Salad Roll.

The Lobster set menu is only available in The Bistro,
however a la carte dishes are also available in The
General’s.
