August Portuguese Promotion (The Bistro)

Portuguese cuisine has many Mediterranean influences. The influence
of Portugal's former colonial possessions is also notable, especially in
the wide variety of spices used. These spices include Piri-Piri (small,
fiery chilli peppers) and black pepper, as well as cinnamon, vanilla and
saffron.

So this November, there’s no need to fly to Europe or take the ferry to Macau,
you can enjoy the delicious tastes of Portugal right here in the Bistro. Chef
Gary will use many of these ingredients and more to create some special
Portuguese dishes to transport you back to Lisbon itself……..or at least
Macau.
